Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Logistics Operations role is coordinating orders, carriers, capacity, inventory, and exceptions so goods move with clear custody and traceability. I am motivated by logistics work where better coordination becomes a more dependable promise to customers and operating partners.
I completed this work as Junior Logistics Operations Manager with senior review. With a senior colleague reviewing the change, I reconciled SAP shipment records with warehouse scans to trace logistics exceptions across the supply chain. I separated late carrier events from missing inventory movements before assigning corrective actions.
Within that same senior-reviewed scope, I limit my claim to the assigned work. Within an assigned workstream, I used root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of dock-to-stock time, comparing arrival, receipt, and put-away timestamps. I changed the receiving handoff where the longest controllable delay occurred.
