Position Overview:

The Lead, Digital Products is a hands-on, functional leader within the Digital Product’s Team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and ZS Digital & Connected Health’s cross functional teams (User Experience, Technology, Regulatory, Legal) across the lifecycle of digital initiatives. You will use your product management expertise to guide Product Strategy and Product Management activities with internal project teams and client stakeholders. You will lead the product vision of digital innovation projects, help execute that vision through outcome-driven roadmap prioritization, and support solution commercialization efforts in the U.S. and other international markets.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced and excited about Product Management and eager to dive into new and dynamic fields like Digital Health.

What You'll Do :

  • Apply product management principles and best practices to ensure the “right thing” is built.
  • Understand client strategic objectives and facilitate product discovery and innovation workshops.
  • Based upon deep understanding of client and/or product business goals, align and articulate a product’s vision, goals, success metrics/criteria, value proposition, key users, and user scenarios.
  • Create and maintain product/solution roadmaps with clear Initiatives, Milestones and Epics based on the "why" and "what." Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprised of product management, user experience, technology, testers, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze information needs and functionality requirements, dependencies and impacts, and facilitate user story development.
  • Deliver collaboration artifacts as needed by the team (this may include detailed requirements, data flow diagrams, business logic matrices, release notes, presentations, etc.)
  • Regularly conduct market research and maintain solid awareness of the competitive landscape for the solution(s) you’re working on.

What You'll Bring :

  • Bachelor's Degree. Master’s degree or equivalent experience highly desired.
  • 5+ years of experience as product manager, product owner or similar functions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment, solid understanding of project management principles and best practices, and experience working in a client facing, consulting environment with cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.
  • High energy level, with strong facilitation and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to lead workshop-style meetings to identify and chart a product’s vision and requirements.
