Zoom is at the forefront of revolutionizing collaboration experiences. We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Fulltack Engineer to provide innovative and continuous improvements to the Sales process such as the Commerce and Billing platform.

This role requires expertise in designing and building robust Enterprise Commerce platforms with scale and performance in focus. This position requires collaboration with teams working in the US and India.

About the Team

With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department's mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions.
These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing responsive, scalable and secure APIs and backend.

• Identifying, implementing and managing code libraries that minimize repetitive code and improve application design.

• Using code optimization techniques to improve robustness and performance of software solutions.

• Participating in design discussions, code reviews and code analysis with other end to end architects and product owners.

• Suggesting best practices and standards.

• Working continuously to improve front-end and back-end design and implementation processes in order to improve quality and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Possess minimum 6+ years of experience in writing software code on one or more programming languages.

• Be proficient in applying software engineering principles and design patterns to real-world development challenges.

• Have demonstrated ability to design and build scalable, cloud-native solutions in Java or Python, leveraging deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, and data-centric architecture.

• Have experience with an RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server and no-sql db's like MongoDB.

• Show knowledge of cloud foundry, Kubernetes, Containers, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, spring boot and modules.

• Demonstrate experience in debugging and identifying bottlenecks and performance optimization.

• Build high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems comfortably.

• Have Angular, React, or Vue experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124,000.00

Maximum:

$271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
