About the Team
The role focuses on providing comprehensive technical support, including advising and training customers and internal sales teams, performing on-site operations, and maintaining detailed technical documentation. It also involves conducting technical expertise for internal and external requests, proposing solutions, and supporting quotations and process improvements. Additionally, the position requires organizing and delivering technical training while ensuring compliance with established standards. Finally, the role includes managing warranty and non‑compliance cases, coordinating part returns, and collaborating with factories on complex issues.
What you can look forward to as Trainer (m//f/d) mechanical and electronical products:
Provide Technical Support:

Support customers and Internal Sales Rep, advise customers as well as train them and offer them technical solutions

Prepare, carry out and report on operations at the Group's customer sites or ZF sites

Complete detailed technical reports and maintain up-to-date the documentation database
Perform Expertise
-
Carry out the expertise following requests from external/internal customers.

Propose technical solutions as well as provide support for quotations, proposals, improvement of methods, evaluation of the network
Lead technical trainings
-
Organize and participate in the training schedule as well as create and update all the necessary materials for these trainings

Ensure that trainings are carried out in compliance with defined standards
Manage the Warranty:
-
Manage customer "return/non-compliance/warranty" requests as well as follow up and organize the return of parts.

Intervene in contentious cases in collaboration with the factories.
Your Profile as Trainer (m//f/d) mechanical and electronical products:

Technical academic background
-
Technical knowledge, ideally in electric and electronic products

Understand English language, ideally be able to speak English

Fluent in French
