ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts, thereby investing in the future in a targeted manner. We are expanding our teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleague to join our team at our location in Pančevo.

What can you look forward to as Balance Analyst Sales Units Division:

• Participation in the implementation of new sales reporting worldwide

• Responsible for all accounting activities for divisional sales reporting units worldwide (especially in Italy, France, and the UK)

• Responsibility for general ledger (MEC, YEC, ICS, Tax, Upload VAT files in alignment with Share Service Center)

• Set-up of corresponding DIV-E processes

• Coordination of the involved departments (especially Accounting Share Service Center, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales Department)

• Central contact for all Sales RUs within DIV-E

• First contact for the FI/CO account assignment for the dispute manager

• Operative Planning on LRD RU Level in alignment with supplying plants, as well as sales, and Controlling

• Responsible for the timely and accurate tax reporting in the monthly and quarterly closings

• Upload Notes (HYC + YEC) and First contact for the external Auditor

• Coordination for any special local (GAAP) reporting requirement

• Support the organization with technical accounting matters and compliance with Group policies

Your profile as Balance Analyst Sales Units Division:

• Degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable background with a focus on accounting

• Several years of professional experience in the finance organization at a multinational company or advisory/auditing firm

• Familiar with IFRS accounting standards, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP Experience is highly desirable

• Fluency in spoken and written English. Other languages/German, are considered a plus

• Strong analytical skills, precise and reliable workflow, and strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
