About the Team
Our Manufacturing Engineering team in Santa Rosa focuses on ensuring efficient and reliable assembly processes for the automotive industry. We work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to deliver high-performance solutions aligned with global standards. The team thrives on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and collaboration to meet customer expectations.
What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Engineer:

Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.

Collaborate on installation, testing, and optimization of assembly systems.
-
Drive projects to improve line availability using statistical tools and problem-solving techniques.
-
Develop and maintain documentation such as PFMEA, visual aids, and poka-yoke lists.
-
Support preventive maintenance planning for tooling and equipment.
-
Participate in quality problem-solving activities and implement corrective actions.
-
Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other corporate standards.

Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Your Profile as Manufacturing Engineer:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing within the automotive industry.
-
Strong knowledge of quality systems (IATF, BIQS, VDA) and problem-solving methodologies.
-
Ability to manage documentation and implement process improvements.
-
High commitment, customer focus, and proactive approach.
-
Advanced English proficiency; strong communication skills.
-
Familiarity with maintenance planning and statistical analysis tools.

Availability to participate in training and cross-functional projects.
