As ZF’s global tax function we support and facilitate ZF’s global business operations by providing required tax expertise for ongoing and planned business models as well as providing the required tax compliance infrastructure to successfully operate the local business operations. Furthermore, we are supporting the implementation of standardized and automated tax activities and processes. Finally, our team is committed to drive effective tax processes and efficient tax planning to support ZFs overall competitiveness. What you can look forward to as Tax Accounting Expert: - Support of ongoing tax accounting tasks, including - - Preparation of current and deferred tax calculations for various group entities according in collaboration with local Finance teams globally and preparation of consolidated reports to determine relevant tax positions and effective tax rate for purposes of IFRS Annual Report, - Preparation of tax related notes for IFRS Annual Report, - Proactively identify improvement opportunities and manage further development of Tax Accounting processes and implementation of technical solutions for improved quality and accuracy and still better control/visibility, - Support implementation of reporting processes and solutions related to Global Minimum Taxation (OECD Pillar II), - Assist in development and delivery of end user training for global Tax Accounting processes and tools, - Support special projects to improve automation and efficiency of processes across the tax department, - Providing technical guidance to team members. Your profile as Tax Accounting Expert: - 5+ years of experience within tax accounting role in a multinational and/or professional organization, - Strong knowledge of international taxation and tax accounting principles (IFRS), ideally good knowledge of international accounting standards in general, - Comprehensive understanding of global tax reporting processes and systems, - Solid user experience in Financial Reporting/Consolidation systems, - Work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop and implement solutions, - Strong Interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills (English), - MS Office esp. Excel, - Desired profile & preferred skills: IAS12, corporate context, interaction and communication with stakeholders across the globe, team player, some IT background, or experience in tools implementation, experience and willingness to work with data analytics, very strong connection to the process.
