Join our team as a Workforce Financial Analyst where you will use your analytical expertise to drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you will build financial models, analyze workforce trends, and provide data-driven insights that directly impact our organization's success. This role is 4 days a week in office.
What You'll Do:

Develop sophisticated cost models and economic scenarios to inform business strategy

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior leadership

Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges

Conduct scenario planning and financial forecasting for workforce initiatives

Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

Analyze workforce-related processes across interconnected HR, payroll, and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and design optimization strategies

What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis
- Experience with cost modeling, financial analysis, or workforce analytics
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
