To ensure the successful integration of packaging and labeling processes and roll-out in the regions and within cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitating seamless project execution and alignment with global standards. Bridges the communication between Business, Regional Teams and Technical Team. Define data sets for project organization.

• What you can look forward to as Global Process & Project Expert

• Product Packaging & Labeling (m/f/d):

• Lead global projects for packaging and labeling,

• Analyze existing landscapes and identify opportunities for process and system improvements,

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications,

• Configure and maintain different processes and project management tools to support evolving business needs,

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scopes are met through effective project management,

• Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials,

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and promote best practices across teams,

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Your Profile as Global Process & Project Expert

• Product Packaging & Labeling (m/f/d):

• 3+ years of experience in managing global projects and processes, ideally in product packaging & labeling domains, or operations / logistics,

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in Jira, cplace,

• Nice to have: ERP systems knowledge (SAP), including configuration and support,

• Strong analytical skills with experience in business process and data analysis,

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams in a matrix organization,

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills,

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a proactive and resilient mindset,

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and databases,

• Demonstrated ability to drive change and optimize standards across global operations.
