The position can be filled in Debrecen or Kecskemét.

• What you can look forward to as Technical Lead

• Financial Systems :

• System Architecture & Integration: Design and maintain SAP S4/HANA architecture, define integration patterns and APIs, and implement complementary finance tools to ensure seamless system interoperability.

• Technical Delivery & Execution: Lead development efforts, including external teams, to implement and customize financial systems and interfaces, ensuring scalability, performance, and Agile delivery support.

• System Optimization & Innovation: Drive automation and analytics initiatives, implement tools for real-time financial insights, and stay updated on SAP and finance tech trends.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensure systems comply with internal controls, audits, and regulations, collaborating with cybersecurity and data governance teams to protect data integrity.

• Collaboration with Product Owner: Serve as the technical counterpart to the Product Owner, translating business needs into technical solutions and providing insights for product decisions.

• Support & Knowledge Sharing: Monitor system KPIs, lead issue resolution, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members to foster technical excellence.

• Your profile as Technical Lead

• Financial Systems :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s preferred.

• 7+ years in ERP systems implementation and integration, with at least 2 years in SAP S4/HANA environments.

• Deep technical expertise in SAP S4/HANA (FI/CO) and integration tools. High level understanding of SAP SD, MM and other modules.

• Experience with financial reporting platforms (e.g., BW/4HANA, SAC, Power BI).

• Strong understanding of finance processes in manufacturing/logistics.

• Proficiency in system architecture, API design, and cloud-based deployments.

• Excellent problem-solving, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Working proficiency in English
