The position can be filled in Debrecen or Kecskemét. What you can look forward to as Technical Lead - Financial Systems : - System Architecture & Integration: Design and maintain SAP S4/HANA architecture, define integration patterns and APIs, and implement complementary finance tools to ensure seamless system interoperability. - Technical Delivery & Execution: Lead development efforts, including external teams, to implement and customize financial systems and interfaces, ensuring scalability, performance, and Agile delivery support. - System Optimization & Innovation: Drive automation and analytics initiatives, implement tools for real-time financial insights, and stay updated on SAP and finance tech trends. - Governance & Compliance: Ensure systems comply with internal controls, audits, and regulations, collaborating with cybersecurity and data governance teams to protect data integrity. - Collaboration with Product Owner: Serve as the technical counterpart to the Product Owner, translating business needs into technical solutions and providing insights for product decisions. - Support & Knowledge Sharing: Monitor system KPIs, lead issue resolution, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members to foster technical excellence. Your profile as Technical Lead - Financial Systems : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s preferred. - 7+ years in ERP systems implementation and integration, with at least 2 years in SAP S4/HANA environments. - Deep technical expertise in SAP S4/HANA (FI/CO) and integration tools.
