About the Team:

ZF Aftermarket is looking for a Supply Chain Planner – Focus S&OP to support our European S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure forecast accuracy, optimal inventory levels, and exceptional service to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, S&OP experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

What you can look forward to as a S&OP Planner (m/f/d):

• Support the development of the monthly S&OP process in Europe;

• Align forecasts with Sales and Category teams;

• Act as the single point of coordination to align demand, supply, and inventory plans across the region;

• Take end-to-end responsibility for product availability in your assigned portfolio, proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks;

• Optimize inventory levels to ensure high service levels while avoiding excess and obsolescence;

• Monitor forecast accuracy, service level, and availability KPIs, and initiate corrective actions where needed;

• Contribute to regional and global projects aimed at improving S&OP processes, tools, and data quality;

• Build strong cross-functional relationships that support a reliable, customer-first supply chain.

Your profile as a S&OP Planner (m/f/d):

• 3-5 years in supply chain or operations planning (min. 1 in S&OP);

• Experience in collaborating with dispersed, international teams;

• Good Excel + SAP skills;

• Fluent in English;

• Analytical thinker + great communicator;

• Key stakeholder management skills; strong strategic agility and high influencing skills.
