About the team:
In this key role, you will lead the local HR department, ensure compliance with labor regulations, foster constructive social relations, and drive HR initiatives in alignment with ZF’s global strategy. As part of the plant management team in Bouzonville you will drive future ’s strategy for Automation and Digitalization.
What you can look forward to as Manager Human Ressources (m/f/d):

Developing and implementing HR policies in line with the Group's strategy

Managing the HR department and coordinating HR activities and projects

Facilitating social relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws

Providing advice to operational staff and managing interactions with the group and external parties

Monitoring HR indicators and maintaining a constructive social climate
Your Profile as Manager Human Ressources (m/f/d):
-
Successfully completed Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
-
Extensive experience in HR management and social relations
-
Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation
-
Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, Kélio, Peoplesoft, Successfactors)
-
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
-
Initiative-driven and proactive mindset
-
Proven ability to lead and support teams effectively
-
Fluent French and advanced English language skills
