• Fluency in Japanese at native level, along with English proficiency for frequent communication with global suppliers

• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement (especially in automotive parts manufacturing)

• Negotiation and communication skills

• Understanding of cost analysis and cost structure

• Experience operating ERP systems (such as SAP)
