In your Culture, Opportunity and Belonging Lead role, you will have the opportunity to develop and advance the COB strategy throughout the enterprise, specifically in Asia, working collaboratively across different Brands and functions. Knowledge and Skills Required
- Experience in HR, Culture, Opportunity & Belonging, Organizational Development, and/or other multicultural disciplines (at a global scale is a bonus!)
- 5 - 7 years of relevant COB experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with multiple cultures and communities, particularly in an Asian context.
- Cross-cultural skills and awareness related to individuals from broad backgrounds.
- Experience leading programs from idea concept to pilot, to execution and evaluation establishing program requirements using data and metrics.
- Track record of delivering and facilitating people programs that make a quantifiable impact.
- Comfort with ambiguity, willingness to iterate and learn as you go, and deliver through others.
- Love for thinking deeply about and solving challenging problems using data, research, and insights when applicable.
- Skilled in data reporting and analytical skills as well as demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
- Data systems like Excel, HRIS (Oracle), or also other visualization platforms will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed and at times outside of the region.

Your Role Responsibilities
Embed Culture, Opportunity and Belonging:
- Develop and execute the regional Culture, Opportunity and Belonging strategy in alignment with the global COB strategy.
- Provide guidance on aspects of COB such as, employee engagement, Leadership development, retention, etc.
- Provide guidance and support to Communities of Belonging (Co Bs) and other affinity groups to promote a sense of belonging and community.
Organizational Development:
- Support leadership development programs focused on the growth of talent into leadership roles, such as LEAD, NOW, etc.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in Culture, Opportunity and Belonging and integrate them into the organization’s strategy.
Talent:
- Partner with Brand and talent teams to further integrate our COB beliefs and values throughout our holistic talent management framework piloting innovative solutions that advance the experience for all employees.
Analytics:
- Work with relevant stakeholders to frame and develop executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards that help communicate priorities, show measurable outcomes, and track progress.
- Translate analytics from COB data into insights that ensure informed leadership decisions, on-track company priorities, and execution of programs.
Collaboration:
- Work in tandem with People and Culture leads at YUM! to share best practices and support comprehensive efforts across the system.
- Partner with the Communications team to curate the COB (internal and external). Conduct research, develop, and maintain internal and external benchmarking.
- Collaborate with People and Culture, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate COB principles into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Foster partnerships with external partners and communities to further the COB agenda within the region.
