Lead Strategic Planning partnership and analysis on growth initiatives related to Digital, including strategic thought leadership, channel development, test markets and national promotions. Support and influence KFC and franchisee stakeholders in making critical business decisions in the digital commerce space with data driven insights. Also support and learn KFC’s core business while its E-commerce team is developing.

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree from accredited 4 year university –Finance, Business Management, IT; M.B.A. – Preferred

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in financial modeling (Excel) or other forecasting platforms

  • Proficient in, or have capability to use, all Office Suite software, including Power BI

  • Ability to coach direct report(s) who are responsible for working in complex computer languages

  • Must have the ability to think strategically using analytics as a guide

  • Experience in financial reporting and planning, including restaurant level P&Ls

  • Ability to communicate across all layers of the organization effectively

  • Must have the ability to multi-task on multiple high-profile projects at any given time

Salary Range: $142,500 to $150,840 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Strategic leadership on Digital (40%):

  • Further develop and influence brand e-commerce sales & profit potential by influencing new channel development and optimizing existing channels.

  • Support and influence digital promotion strategies.

  • Support and influence the launch and development of a loyalty program.

  • Coach two direct reports that support Digital strategy

Test Market Forecasting & Analysis (35%):

  • Support and influence project teams in developing product & promotion pipeline

  • Perform all necessary financial modeling and forecasting; drive business case and financial mindset across cross-functional teams.

  • Influence franchisees in test markets and franchisees on Test Market Task Force and NMS

  • Provide financial support and measure success.

National Promotion Forecasting & Analysis (30%):

  • Partner with cross-functional team to sell-in national calendar promotions based on thorough test market analysis.

  • Assist in NCAC & LT presentations with data such as profitability, forecasting, success measures, etc.

  • Partner with RSCS on supply planning for National promotions to enable supply while minimizing obsolescence.

  • Report on National Promotions including post promotional analysis.
