Job Responsibilities:

  • The Casino Marketing Host Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting and acting as a liaison to all Casino Marketing/Hosts and executing their requests.
  • They will act as an extension of all aspects of Casino Marketing when dealing with guests and other departments.
  • Track information related to booking restrictions, promotions and room rates.
  • Book hotel accommodations, shows, limousine service, dining reservations and amenities for Casino guests.
  • Handle reservation revisions and check-outs.
  • Produce a casino no-show reservations report as well as host in-house reports.
  • Manage the Casino Cabana block.
  • Issue comps as required for Casino customers and requested by Casino Hosts for their VIP’s.
  • Manage the Villa calendar.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year minimum experience in a Casino Marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality/casino software including Opera, Patron, Go Concierge and Open Tee.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Must be organized, personable, possess the ability to communicate well and be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to make decisions regarding comps based on company policy.
  • Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
