Job Summary

We are searching for a team player who believes in providing outstanding customer service and ensures that our team delivers a memorable vacation to our guests on each and every stay.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Training (On going) - Compliance/On Boarding/HwH (25 % time)
- Property Compliance (20 % time)
- Committee Commitment/Data Recording Green/Safety/PRR) (20 % time)
- Office Supplies/Brand Standard Ordering/Rollouts (15% time)
- Continued team support (Using Compass/Benefits...etc.) - Especially non-computer users (10% time)
- General Department Support
- Month End Inventories, Board set-ups, team events, holiday/birthday celebrations. (10% time)
Travel Requirements
- Travel time not required except around property as needed and has access to company golf cart.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- High School/GED
Knowledge and Skills
- Must have possess good oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable in leading a group facilitation.
Technical Skills
- MS Office proficiency
Job Experience
- 1-2 years prior administrative, training or leading a group.
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Complexity
Level of decision making authority:This role must be able to work independently, and lead projects/initiatives/committee as needed.
Level of autonomy:Weekly meetings with reporting manager or more often as needed.
Impact of incumbent's decisions on the organization:Their decision making will help ensure the resort/organization remains compliant as it relates to health, safety and/or environmental impacts.
Supervisory Responsibility:None currently
Scope/Financial Responsibility:Will manage supply and operational budget as it pertains to the role. Will have use of p-card.
