We Put the World on Vacation

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, with a dynamic and growing portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. Our dedicated associates help the company achieve its mission to put the world on vacation. Innovation and growth keep our work interesting and fun. Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an organized, detail‑driven Coordinator, Campaigns & Hotel Marketing to support our Southeast Asia (SEA) Partnerships & Promotions team, covering Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, hotel marketing, and operational coordination. It is best suited to candidates who already have hands‑on experience supporting partnerships, account management, or marketing programs—and who are confident working with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and systems.

The Role

You will provide end‑to‑end coordination and administrative support to the SEA Partnerships & Promotions team while also supporting hotel marketing services for managed hotels. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and high attention to detail, with regular interaction with external partners, vendors, and internal sales and marketing teams.

This is not a pure creative marketing role and not an entry‑level admin position. It is an operational coordination role supporting commercial partnerships and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Campaign Coordination

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the SEA Partnerships & Promotions team, including reporting, communications, and invoice processing
  • Maintain and update the active pipeline for SEA partnerships and promotions
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with external partners to support discussions and agreement execution
  • Prepare proposals for existing and prospective partners
  • Add and update OTA rates for partnership and promotional programs
  • Accurately add market premiums in Merlin, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines

Hotel Marketing Support

  • Support hotel marketing meetings and new hotel openings, working closely with hotel teams to deliver agreed business objectives
  • Coordinate internally to support the delivery of hotel marketing campaigns and promotions

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with internal teams (SEA Partnerships & Promotions, Sales, Marketing) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors)
  • Coordinate with vendors on invoices, payments, and voucher issuance where applicable
  • Support ad‑hoc tasks, events, tradeshows, and travel fairs
  • Attend relevant industry events and provide feedback and insights on market trends

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, account management, marketing coordination, or a related commercial support role
  • Proven experience providing administrative and coordination support in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one local SEA language
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence engaging professionally with external partners and senior internal stakeholders
  • Experience preparing partner proposals, presentations, business reviews, or plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel inter‑ and intra‑state as required

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting hotel marketing, travel, hospitality, or tourism brands
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms, rate updates, or promotional mechanics
  • Exposure to partnership pipelines, CRM tools, or internal rate/market management systems (e.g. Merlin)
  • Experience supporting events, tradeshows, or industry activations
  • Prior experience working across multiple SEA markets

How You’ll Work

  • You demonstrate integrity, accountability, and reliability in how you work
  • You provide professional, HEART‑driven service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • You collaborate proactively and support team members to achieve shared goals
  • You comply with Workplace Health & Safety standards to maintain a safe working environment

Why Join Travel + Leisure Co.?

  • Be part of a global, well‑established travel and hospitality organization
  • Exposure to regional SEA partnerships and hotel marketing initiatives
  • A role that builds commercial, partnership, and coordination expertise in a structured environment
