About the Role

We are growing our team - currently seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our outstanding professional services team at Workday!

We are looking for Technical Integration Consultants skilled at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our valued clients. Your role involves articulating Hired Score's technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients' current HR Tech Stack. You'll be instrumental in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

  • Act as the expert source for all Hired Score integration through the Project implementation for new and existing clients.

  • Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with Hired Score (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.).

  • Client-facing

  • Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.).

  • Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.

  • Configuration and testing of Hired Score integration on the client systems while addressing their unique environment and requirements.

About You Basic Qualifications:

Technical Integration Consultant:

  • 2 years as a Technical Integration Consultant or similar role working with large enterprises in a SaaS environment

  • Practical integration background with a good understanding of web architecture and integration systems, including working with industry third-party tools.

Senior Technical Integration Consultant:

  • 5 years as a Technical Consultant or similar role with enterprise clients.

  • Strong integration background, including web architecture and third-party tools.

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills to engage clients throughout the integration as part of the project implementation lifecycle, adapting to audience needs and handling ad-hoc requests professionally.

  • Great teamwork ability - working with many different teams (Product/R&D/Sales/Delivery).

  • Capability of handling multiple internal and external projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.

  • Experience with Data Privacy and RFP processes.

  • Experience at a high-growth company.

  • Experience with HR Technology (or other enterprise technologies like ERPs).

  • Ability to work with code (Read/Run/Edit existing code), but no self-sufficient coding capabilities are required.
