Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• Strong experience in conducting performance testing for SAP applications.

• Carryout performance assessment and understand high-level and detailed scope of NFR's

• Prepare a test plan, design test scenarios and test scripts using Neo Load.

• work collaboratively with Functionals and developers to identify the processes, systems and interfaces that are needed as part of performance test for SAP applications.

• Execute Load, Stress and other performance tests using Neo Load tool

• Monitor the SAP application logs and server logs using any monitoring tool to determine the system behaviour

• Identify and address all technical issues and bottlenecks and facilitate the resolution

• Analyse the CPU utilization, memory leakage, memory usage, network usage, garbage collection and DB parameters to verify the performance.

• Publish results and prepare test summary report to receive sign-off.
