Required Qualifications:

• Proven success overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems and applications.

• Experience in Observability, synthetic URL monitoring, installing agents, forwarders, APIs, performance monitoring tool alerts, dashboards and data trend analysis

• Experience leveraging Dynatrace SaaS, DQL, and Logs on Grail

• Proficiency with Davis AI.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with log ingestion, trace correlation, and real user monitoring.

• Familiarity with Citrix environments, agentless deployments, and Charles River IMS is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Event Hub,Power BI, Grafana or other visualization platforms.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and data pipeline observability.

• Background in financial services and enterprise SaaS environments.

• Familiar with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, & IaC tools and practices: Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Integrating with APIs

Key Responsibilities:

Dynatrace Implementation & Optimization

• Architect and deploy Dynatrace monitoring solutions across SaaS and on-prem environments.

• Configure and maintain Generation 3 dashboards for unified visibility and operational insights.

• Leverage Dynatrace Davis AI for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and auto-remediation.

Monitoring & Alerting

• Set up log-based alerts, trace-log correlation, and batch metrics monitoring.

• Integrate Dynatrace with external systems such as Azure Event Hub for event publishing.

Performance & Reliability Engineering

• Conduct performance impact assessments using custom service detection rules.

• Collaborate with SRE, product and engineering teams to ensure observability coverage for critical services.

Training & Enablement

• Lead training sessions for SaaS and engineering teams on Dynatrace usage and best practices.

• Develop documentation and onboarding materials for observability tools and dashboards.

Strategic Roadmapping

• Contribute to the observability roadmap, including migration strategies, client enablement, and future-state architecture planning.
