Graduate Development Program – Trainee (UAEN)

Role Purpose

The Graduate Development Program Trainee will play a crucial role in providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues as raised by end-users through service requests. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), thereby maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational continuity.

In this role, trainees will develop foundational IT service management skills, enhance troubleshooting capabilities, and contribute to maintaining the integrity and performance of IT infrastructure. This role serves as an entry point into a long-term career in technology, offering exposure to diverse technical environments and client interactions. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support client IT ecosystems and continual process improvements.

Key aspects of this role include proactive incident resolution, accurate documentation of service incidents, and participating in knowledge-sharing exercises to foster team learning and development.
