About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality identity integrations within our enterprise IAM ecosystem. This role focuses on Sail Point IdentityIQ, connector engineering, lifecycle automation, and secure identity data flows. You will work closely with IAM engineering, application owners, and security teams to deliver scalable, audit‑ready identity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations across IAM/IGA platforms, primarily Sail Point IdentityIQ

• Develop and optimize connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, AD/LDAP, custom)

• Implement correlation logic, provisioning workflows, rules, and plugins using Java

• Design scalable onboarding patterns and automation frameworks

• Develop identity data transformations using SQL Server/Oracle

• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment promotion

• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing for all integration components

• Ensure compliance with IAM governance, audit, and security standards

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to technical best practices
