The Process Excellence team is responsible for Audit and Compliance internal and external initiatives, working with project teams to ensure they are compliant to the appropriate Cyber Security policies, standards, processed and procedures and best practices. The Cyber Security Architect/Engineer (Audit and Compliance) is responsible to drive compliance, while communicating compliance objectives and mentoring Engineering Teams related to compliance with policy.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, electrical engineering, cyber security or other appropriate field.
- Strong working knowledge of software development
- Understanding of secure by design principles and security concepts
- Understanding of Agile software development practices
Additional Qualifications:

Audit certification or proven working experience as an auditor

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively listen and communicate with others to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Ability to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation, sense of urgency, and ownership.

Strong Coaching and Influencing Skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Perform internal audits against selected projects to demonstrate Product Security compliance with appropriate policies and standards

Communicate and partner with issue owners to ensure remediation activities of all issues are being completed on time to plan.

Provide Product Security related coaching and security tool expertise for all software and firmware development teams

Leveraging world-class techniques and tools, our Product Security Auditor will work in partnership with our development teams to ensure our products and services are secure by design and by default.

Develop and track metrics ensuring that the Audit, Compliance, and Process mandates are being followed
