We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead L1 specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Operations to join our Enterprise Applications team at Wipro Technologies. This role involves developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications using the latest cloud technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration within cloud environments.

• Expertise in building and managing Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow assemblies on the MS Dynamics 365 platform.

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations is essential to effectively manage resource utilization and project delivery workflows.

• Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using web services to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

• Strong coding skills in .NET framework and JavaScript for extending the platform’s capabilities and creating tailored business solutions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform to leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in conjunction with Dynamics 365 for richer user experiences and analytics.
