Job Description

THIS ROLE WILL BE FILLED IN THE UNITED STATES

Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions to customers on Success Factors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products and processes. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of Success Factors products. Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams.

Essential Functions

  • Functions as an individual contributor leading and guiding the product implementation team to deliver successful implementation of Success Factors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products and processes.

  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives to ensure the solution meets the customers objectives.

  • Lead and advice on business process improvement on SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products implementations

  • Ensure the product implementation team delivers the module on time, within budget and to the high-quality standards expected by Rizing, which meets the customers’ specifications and best practices.

  • Deliver workshops and meetings.

  • Prepares status updates, forecasting and tracking time to ensure timely system implementation.

  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.

  • Support sales cycle particularly through defining project scope and pricing.

Required Qualifications

  • Certification in Success Factors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) modules.

  • This role requires business proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written)

  • Strong experience in leading a team for the Onboarding 2.0 implementation project.

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical resources.

  • Can lead Success Factors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Onboarding 2.0.

  • At least 3 full implementation experiences on Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 Module.

  • At least 1 migration experience from ONB 1.0 to ONB 2.0 (preferred).

  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
