• At least 3+ Hands on Experience in Palo alto firewall and

• Hands on experience on Panorama

• Hands on experience on Global Protect

• Hands on experience on troubleshooting App issue and traffic issue

• Hands on experience in configuring interface, zone, VPN, security profiles, SSL decryptions etc.

• Hands on experience on upgrading PAN OS

• Should be able to handle PO and P1 call independently

• Good Knowledge on ITIL process like change & incident management

• Working knowledge in ticketing tool like service now

• Should have good knowledge on networking fundamentals and from network security background

• Should be flexible for rotational shift 24 7, working hours and good team player

• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (P, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP)

• Basic knowledge on routing, switching, Routing protocols like BGP & OSPF etc.

• Should have experience in creating SOP, SMTD, Technical documents.

• Should have Co-ordinated with vendor for technical and non-technical issue

• Desirable knowledge on certificate authority, MFA, Radius and AAA
