Summary:

The primary purpose of the Data Analyst is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision making within the organization. The role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Utilizing advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools, the Data Analyst provides clear and concise reports to stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company's digital ecosystem development by ensuring data integrity and accuracy. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst contributes to the development of industry-specific solutions and maximizes market potential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducts comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business
  strategies and decision-making.
• Develops and maintains data dashboards and visualizations to provide stakeholders with real-time
  insights into key performance metrics.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous data validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaborates with IT and business teams to define data requirements and support the development of data-driven solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on collaboration and cross-functional communication.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis and Interpretation.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
