Job Summary:

Providing supports in making payments to suppliers and creditors, clearing bills or vendor invoices and keeping a record accurate and verifying financial, reconciling processed work by comparing reports to balances and work closely in month-end process including ensuring the completion of the general ledger and production of the P&L statements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Processing invoices: Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.

• Reconciling: Reconciling processed work by comparing reports to balances.

• Charging expenses: Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports.

• Maintaining records: Ensuring records are accurate and verifying financial.

• Oversight of the month-end process including ensuring the completion of the general ledger and production of the P&L statements.

III. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Accounting (BBA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA Intermediate).

• Experience: 2 years to 3 years

B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards is helpful.
