Your New Role...
The UK business is going through a major transformation, pivoting from being almost 100% linear to being digital first, and our sales team needs to reflect that. This role has a focus on digital growth, leveraging an extensive contact list to ensure WBD is a must have partner for media buyers.
This person is responsible for revenue growth across the UK Digital portfolio including both sport and entertainment with a particular focus on our YouTube channels, Web and App (video & display) and streaming. You’ll be a networker with a passion for delivering innovative sales plans for agencies and advertisers. You’ll be responsible for all digital revenues from your assigned agency group and thrive on building relationships that ensure revenue targets are met.
Your Role Accountabilities...

G row advertising revenue across all digital platforms, with a particular focus on YouTube and Web and App (video & display)

Lead day to day management across an assigned agency group, accurate and up to date revenue reporting to sales leadership

Building and maintaining an active and up to date pipeline , co-ownership and development of a relevant contact list that includes key contacts within agencies and clients including digital, programmatic, AV and planning

Design and lead agency presentations and learning sessions

Ensure sales and revenue growth across all digital platforms including YouTube, digital display, online video, YouTube and streaming

Competent pitching data lead sales with a passion for audiences and relevancy

Ensures the team delivers accurate forecasting and reporting of all revenue targets
Qualification & Experience...

Needs to have strong experience in media sales with a thorough understanding of the media landscape

Owns a list of relevant industry contacts

Is an excellent strategic salesperson and is talented at developing relationships internally and externally

Keeps the sales strategy responsive to market changes, ability to source contacts and open new opportunities

The financial ability to accurate forecast and maintain an accurate pipeline

Hybrid Working

This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
