Principais responsabilidades:

• Controles internos: Apoiar os Gerentes de Categoria no controle e monitoramento do negócio, com foco nos principais KPIs (metas, orçamentos, investimentos etc.), por meio de relatórios trimestrais dos licenciados e relatórios financeiros internos (30%);
• Implementar, junto às equipes (Comercial, Marketing, Varejo e Criação), todas as atividades planejadas nos planos estratégicos de cada categoria (30%);
• Apoiar a ativação de contratos (novos e renovações). Prestar todo o suporte necessário entre o licenciado, a equipe financeira local e a WBD Burbank para a execução desta tarefa de acordo com os processos internos (10%);
• Dados de mercado e internos: Cruzar e analisar todas as informações para embasar a melhor decisão para o desenvolvimento das categorias (incluindo novas propostas e atividades táticas em andamento) (10%);
• Apoiar os gerentes de categoria nas apresentações internas e externas (20%).

Qualificações e experiência:

• Estudante dos cursos de Administração, Marketing ou Publicidade, período noturno;
• Perfil proativo, com iniciativa e vontade de aprender;
• Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
• Forte capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes. Boas habilidades de comunicação, com capacidade de interagir claramente com as partes interessadas internas;
• Mandatório Power point em nível intermediário;

Outros diferenciais:

• Experiência ou familiaridade com fornecedores externos;
• Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prioridades simultaneamente;
• Experiência prévia em ambiente corporativo ou dinâmico;
• Perfil analítico e interesse em desempenho empresarial.
