As a Channel Sales Rep II here at Honeywell, for the M&C business, you will drive sales growth through effective channel management, build and maintain relationships with partners, and identify new business opportunities. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Barueri, SP location on a Remote work schedule.
As a Channel Sales Rep II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.

By developing and executing channel sales strategies, you will drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence through effective collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the industry.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge in measurement & control market, mostly related to field instrumentation, process instrumentation, Gas Process measurement, custody transfer equipments, terminals and modular systems
- PLCs expertise.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
