Position Summary...

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Shopper Funnel Health to drive growth in the number of members shopping online and increase repeat engagement. This leader will own the end-to-end health of the digital shopping funnel—from visit to conversion to retention—and ensure a steady increase in active and returning e Commerce members.

What you'll do...

• Own the strategy to improve funnel conversion and repeat shopping behavior
• Analyze funnel performance (traffic, conversion, frequency, retention) to identify gaps and opportunities
• Partner with Marketing, Membership, Product, and Analytics teams to drive acquisition and engagement strategies
• Develop initiatives to increase first-time online purchases and reduce friction in the shopping journey
• Build programs to improve retention, repeat purchase frequency, and lifetime value
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor funnel health and member behavior
• Lead cross-functional execution of initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Drive a culture of testing and continuous optimization across the funnel

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in e Commerce, growth, marketing, or product roles
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth in user acquisition and engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in subscription or membership-based businesses
• Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or personalization tools
• Experience with experimentation and performance marketing

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
