The cross-border shopping experience shall enable customers to seamlessly browse, purchase, and receive products across international regions. This role will lead influencing several core Shopping Experience teams in developing newer frameworks for Cross Border Shopping use cases.
Define Vision & Strategy: Create a multi-year roadmap for checkout simplification, reducing friction, and increasing customer confidence in emerging markets.
Technical Deep Dives: Work closely with engineering, science, and UX teams to build features based on machine learning, data science, and scalable architecture.
Experimentation & Launch: Drive A/B testing (Weblabs), analyze results, and roll out customer-delighting features.
Stakeholder Management: Influence global partner teams and communicate complex tradeoffs to senior leadership (up to 3 levels above).
Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, aligning it with overall business goals.
Customer Obsession: Identify customer pain points through data and feedback to create innovative solutions.
Execution and Delivery: Drive the entire product lifecycle from conception to execution, including writing PR/FAQs (Press Release and Frequently Asked Questions), business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, science, and retail teams to build and scale products, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics (KPIs) and build mechanisms to measure product adoption, performance, and impact.
Influencing Stakeholders: Act as a "bar-raising" communicator who can influence senior leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment on complex initiatives.
Mentorship: Mentor junior Product Managers
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
