Lead operational reviews, using data to report on volume, timelines and vendor performance to leadership.
What you will bring
-
3+ years of operations experience in Telecom or CPaaS, with specific expertise in Carrier Operations or Compliance. Ideally with experience in RCS, TFN, 10DLC, Short Code, Sender ID registration or API Network Registration.
