Job Description
The successful candidate will effectively manage and oversee several client sales delivery projects throughout the entire sales cycle. In doing so, the candidate can work collaboratively across internal Visa functions to build a Visa network, solve complex problems, and serve as the face of Visa to external partners.
The ideal candidate will bring passion for and interest in Payments, Fintech, and B2B Payments, with client-relationship building skills, presence and knowledge of project management. This is a proactive candidate that is resilient when faced with challenges and has the ability to execute on ambitious goals/quotas.
What we expect of you, day to day.
- Manage and oversee several client sales delivery projects supporting senior Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) Managers delivering client workshops, tracking progress and escalate if required.
- Work with local, regional and European colleagues to accelerate the B2B business in Central Europe. Develop, own and execute on the strategy, sales plans and pipeline for commercial opportunities across Central Europe together with the VCS CE Senior Managers and executive stakeholders.
- Work with Visa Commercial Solutions (commercial/B2B) experts across Europe and ensure CE strategy ties in with regional and European plans/roadmaps. Work closely with Visa CE Team operating in “New Payments Flows” and other Visa CE teams to plan and execute related strategies
- Use your network to find, develop and manage commercial relationships with issuers and partners in the region, driving commercial products in close collaboration with account executives, business development and country managers. Work with account executives and key clients to identify new opportunities for Visa's suite of commercial payment solutions (for example, but not limited to: Commercial Cards, Virtual Accounts and platforms).
- Coordinate and own the local key sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are reported in CRM system and accurately updated.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
**Experience **
- Senior level B2B sales experience, particularly in digital product or solutions
- Experience selling to professional services or within an internal consultancy function for a financial services / payment business
- Commercial acumen – being able to spot an opportunity and drive value for Visa and the Client
**Knowledge Focus Areas **
- Deep knowledge of the various sales cycles and stages
**Skills/competencies **

- The ideal candidate will bring passion for and interest in Payments, Fintech, and industry area, with client-relationship building skills, presence, knowledge of industry area strategies and priorities. This is a proactive candidate that is resilient when faced with challenges and has the ability to execute on ambitious goals/quotas.
- Must be fluent to a business level in both German and English.
