From raw data to real impact. Blend analytics with commercial input to surface opportunities across channels, partners, and products.

Analyse complex marketplace and product data to surface clear, actionable insights that inform channel, customer, and assortment decisions. Collaborate with commercial teams to enrich analytics with on‑the‑ground feedback and build Power BI/Excel dashboards that communicate performance and opportunities.

How you will make a difference

  • Structure messy data into reliable assets: clean, join, and model large marketplace datasets with documented, reproducible pipelines (Power Query, Power BI, basic DAX), applying robust data‑quality checks.
  • Design decision‑ready dashboards: define clear KPIs, choose the right visuals, and build intuitive filters/interactions in Power BI/Excel, with lightweight automation for timely refresh.
  • Tell insight‑led stories: distil complex analysis into crisp narratives and actionable recommendations (drivers, risks, next steps) tailored to the audience.
  • Spot patterns in noise: identify trends, seasonality, and outliers; propose targeted deep‑dives or tests to validate root causes and opportunities.
  • Learn fast, collaborate faster: rapidly upskill on Power BI/Excel features (DAX, Power Query, measures), convert stakeholder feedback into data requirements, and bring curiosity and a passion for the outdoor consumer into the work.

Skills that will make you succeed:

  • Comfortable with numbers and data‑driven thinking a natural feel for patterns, proportions, and trends, and the curiosity to question assumptions.
  • Fluent in English and effective across levels adapt your style to collaborate with peers and engage management with clarity and respect.
  • Operate with rigor and ownership document assumptions, apply simple quality checks, respect governance/privacy, and proactively flag risks.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is welcomed; willingness and ability to become proficient quickly is essential.
