Senior TypeScript Engineer, Wealth Management

In this exciting opportunity as a Senior TypeScript Engineer in the Advice & Wealth Management Technology sub-division, you will guide a team to deliver solutions which drive desired business outcomes within the context of building APIs and micro-frontends as part of Wealth Management.

Additional Information:

• Work on a product ownership team alongside the Personal Advisor Wealth Management business, as well as the senior architect and other senior technical leaders.
• Provide senior-level expertise for developing web applications and applying Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Use Continuous Delivery pipelines and AWS technologies.
• Develop automated tests for functional, performance, and security testing.
• Provide thought leadership at the team and program level.
• Communicate technical information with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide oversight and mentoring to the IT team.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. 5+ years of technical experience.
• Senior level experience with TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure.
• Strong, demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others.
• Willingness and enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new technologies, tools and processes.
