We are seeking a strategic Data Analyst to join our Global Risk and Security(GR&S)Data and Analytic s team, responsible for developing products to identify risk trends and uncover insights. This role transforms complex risk data into compelling stories and actionable insights.

The role requires a blend of analytical skills and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in analytics and reporting, proficiency in generating actionable insights, and experience with data visualization tools to create impactful reports and dashboards. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with stakeholders and conveying complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Key responsibilities include designing executive-level dashboards and fostering a data-driven risk culture through strong stakeholder engagement and data governance.

As a Data Analyst in GR&S D&A, you will:

• Create end-to-end reporting products, owning the full lifecycle from business understanding and data querying through final delivery.

• Act as a trusted partner to leadership and risk advisors by translating complex data into actionable narratives for decision-making.

• Support strategic initiatives that elevate enterprise risk analytics capabilities and align with GR&S objectives.

• Optimize data governance to ensure integrity, compliance, and consistency across risk reporting platforms and analytics ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across analytics initiatives.

• Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks.

• Analyze large datasets from the Data Lake to generate insights that support decision-making.

• Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling data stories for stakeholders and leadership.

• Foster a data-driven culture through strong partnerships and intentional stakeholder engagement.

• Train and develop junior analysts

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Proven experience in data analytics, including data preparation, querying, visualization, and storytelling. Experience in risk analysis is highly desired.

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

• Experience with tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Dremio, AWS.
