About the role

Core Responsibilities: Digital journey development

  • Design and launch integrated digital experiences for financial advisors in partnership with your aligned Client Journey Management team.

  • Build and deploy trigger-based, always-on digital journeys using Marketo.

  • Create personalized landing pages and integrate them into journey strategies.

AI-driven personalization & innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to develop scalable, personalized digital assets.

  • Leverage our engagement engine to orchestrate and automate end-to-end digital journeys - from strategy through execution - ensuring personalized, timely experiences for financial advisors.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for journey experimentation and innovation.

Execution & optimization

  • Manage end-to-end journey execution, including email deployment, QA, and compliance submissions.

  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments, applying insights to improve future strategies.

  • Monitor journey performance, prepare review materials, and present actionable insights.

Data & audience strategy

  • Collaborate with data analysts to inform next-best-action strategies and personalization.

  • Partner with Senior Engagement Strategists on audience segmentation for journeys.

  • Analyze engagement trends and behavioral data to refine targeting and improve journey effectiveness.

Collaboration & stakeholder engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring open and effective communication across teams.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the digital tech stack, driving optimal use of tools and technologies.

  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams, aligning digital initiatives with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of related work experience

  • Strong experience with Marketo preferred; experience with marketing automation platforms required

  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI and automation within workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes

  • Skilled in persuasion and influence, confident presenting recommendations

  • Proven experience in A/B testing and experimentation to generate insights and optimize performance

  • Strong, creative thinker with a track record of driving innovation and setting direction

  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
