Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. Valeo is offering an Internship program within Personnel Administration Area you will support to different HR activities, and participates to the operational success of the HR performance on the Site, as for example:

· Support to Payroll activities

· Supports employees' arrivals and hirings

· Collaboration with unions topics.

· Collaboration in timing control.

To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements:

• Human Resources degree, Labour Relations degree or Business Administration degree. (Spanish public universities' graduates or students)

• Pasionate about HR topics.

• Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.

• Professionalism and transparency.

• Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
