Job Description Summary Job Description Scope of Responsibilities

  • Helping in preparation of draft valuation reports (operaty szacunkowe) in Polish and valuation reports in English,
  • Collecting transaction data and helping in conducting real estate market analyses,
  • Providing organizational support for the team’s day-to-day operations.

Our Requirements

  • University degree or currently in the process of obtaining one,
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Ability to work under supervision on assigned tasks but independence highly appreciated,
  • Proficient use of the MS Office package (especially Excel, including macros),
  • Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic, Python, etc.) will be an advantage,
  • Skills and experience in using GIS / mapping applications such as QGIS will be an additional asse
