Maintenance Curative

Level 1

• Provide technical assistance (advice and intervention) to production, within its scope.

• Carry out simple repairs in one (or more) technical area(s) (mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, vision, robotics, pneumatics) under the occasional control of a maintenance technician.

• Complete your intervention reports.

• Be an actor in line QRQC with the line driver.

Level 2

• Analyze and implement action plans during recurring breakdowns.

• Carry out one-off simple, short-term modification operations, based on directives given by the line manager or the Maintenance Technician. These modifications can be in different technical areas.

• Carry out simple repairs in one (or more) technical area(s) (mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, vision, robotics, pneumatics) under the occasional control of a maintenance technician.

Preventative Maintenance

Level 1

• Carry out simple preventive maintenance operations defined based on an operating mode and following a schedule.

• Participate in the annual maintenance of your perimeter, while respecting standards.

• Ensure the availability of spare parts before carrying out preventive maintenance.

Level 2

• Propose optimizations of the frequency and duration of preventive maintenance operations with a view to reducing scheduled downtime and costs.

• Take charge of small improvements involving outside companies.

Other activities

Level 1

• Actively participate in the area’s 5S

• Participate in QRQCs in your field of activity.

• Treat red-tags and PA within its perimeter.

• Propose/Be in charge of the evolution of maintenance ranges.

Level 2

• Propose/Be in charge of the evolution of maintenance ranges.

• Ensure possible training of new operators, line drivers, toolmakers, maintenance operators.

• Detect risky situations in terms of compliance and security, propose and carry out technical improvements.

RESPONSABILITES

Level 1

• Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.

• Comply with current policies and procedures.

• Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of PAs (proposals for improvement).

• Respect the rules for respecting the product.

• Intervene throughout its scope within the limits of its authorizations and skills.

Level 2

• Be versatile within its scope (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site).
