The Fragrance and Beauty division asserts its uniqueness through a promise: revealing the beauty of each woman in her most singular form through her perfume, make-up and skincare products. This philosophy is largely inherited from Mademoiselle Chanel, who has always worked to assert her own independence and that of all women.
As part of the Swiss Markets Region Marketing & Forecasting Department, you will take part in the orchestration of the Fragrance & Beauty marketing plan, business development and forecasts for the local markets of Brazil, India, Mexico, Switzerland, Latin America and Travel Retail Americas.
Working closely with the marketing and forecasting department, you will analyze data, generate insights to support strategic decisions and participate in the development of the experience at the point of sale, the launch of campaigns in collaboration with the local teams in the region.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
FORECASTS
- Create and update dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Help with the estimation and monitoring of our sales forecasts on novelties for the region.
- Monitor our demand on regular products by adjusting the statistical trends.
- Support markets in the construction of their forecasts, analyzing their stocks, and orders to build increasingly reliable estimates across all distribution channels (retail, wholesale and digital)
- Analysis and decision-making on quota allocations, according to the regional strategy & supply chain considerations
MARKETING
Orchestration 360 :
- Help orchestrate the 3-axis marketing plan (Perfumes, Make-up and Skincare) for Travel Retail and local markets in the region
- Support the markets on their campaign launches (products, experience, merchandising) through daily exchanges with the markets and a bi-monthly call
- Involvement in the trade marketing animations and the related customer experience
- Development of tools for best practices sharing and campaign amplification
Analysis :
- Monitoring of campaign and business performance through the analysis of sell-in and sell-out results
- Realization of studies on the product offer and customer typology
Others
- Inform international teams of the particularities and trends of our markets.
- Assistance in the preparation of major meetings
WHAT WE ARE WAITING FROM YOU
Currently pursuing a higher education in a Bachelor/Master, you are looking for an empowering internship that will allow you to develop your skills in analysis and presentation, your product and market knowledge and that will enrich your business and marketing vision.
You are curious about the world of Fragrances & Beauty and luxury.
Rigorous and organized, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
You are also proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel but also with technologies and data visualization tools while being comfortable in managing complex databases.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to coordinate different interlocutors in a multicultural environment.
Finally, you are autonomous and proactive, adaptable by nature and enjoy working in a stimulating and evolving environment.
Essential: Fluency in English and French
A plus: Spanish, Portuguese
Position based in Geneva from end of June 2025 for 6 months
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position
