Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for a Production SPV Scholarship (Beca SPV Producción) at Valeo Espana S.A.U. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting production processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily monitoring and control of production lines, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Participate in data collection and analysis related to production performance, identifying areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Contribute to the documentation of production processes and work instructions.
• Assist in the training of new operators on specific tasks and safety protocols.
• Support the SPV (Système de Production Valeo) initiatives within the production department.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on production metrics and project progress.

Job Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English are highly desirable.
• Prior experience or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.
