Test Engineer

Your journey begins as a Test Engineer, where you will develop and validate in-line and end-of-line (EOL) testing processes for camera production. You will define test specifications based on customer and internal requirements, analyze test data and failure modes, and support root cause analysis for quality issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing test cycle times to enhance production efficiency.

By the end of this phase, you will be able to:

• understand automotive camera architecture and functional testing principles
• perform end-of-line and in-line test system validation
• execute data-driven yield improvement
• apply the basics of failure analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• operate within automotive quality standards and traceability systems (MES integration)

Let’s talk about you:

• EU citizen or possibility to travel and work internationally (EU) without VISA
• Master Degree from a Technical university - max. up to 2 years after graduation (preferably in the field of electronics or mechatronics)
• Short experience abroad - working or study
• Previous short working experience during / after studies
• High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations
• Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making
• Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
