Shape and deliver the future of Financial Services We are expanding our Financial Services team in Stockholm and are looking for a skilled Consultant (3–6 years’ experience) to help leading Nordic banks and insurers tackle their most important strategic and transformation challenges.

About the Role:

At Accenture Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services, we work with clients across the full change lifecycle - from strategy development to transformation delivery. You will help clients solve challenges such as:

Strategic focus

  • Corporate strategy and growth opportunities

  • Operating model design to support new business ambitions

  • Strategic cost management and efficiency improvement

  • Buy vs. build assessments to guide investment choices

Transformation focus

  • Designing and delivering change programs

  • Value management and realization

  • Platform and solution validation

  • Business process optimization and digital enablement

You will collaborate across Accenture and client teams, often navigating complex organizations and connecting the right competencies to drive impact.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, banking, insurance, or corporate strategy roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to structure both ambiguous and operational problems

  • Experience contributing to change initiatives or strategic analyses

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Master’s degree with an excellent academic record

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (Swedish fluency is preferred for this role)

  • Experience within P&C insurance and/or **financing/loan products **and distribution in retail banking is meriting.

As a person, you combine team spirit with analytical rigor. You enjoy taking initiative, solving problems collaboratively, and creating value for clients.
