Ensuring/participating in the good running of the laboratory and its tools

• Keep the equipments in working conditions, update documentation, respect 5S standard,

• Adapt laboratory equipment according to the needs for our project/ clients specifications.

Contributor Validation Test Lab for R&I and Platform (P3-P2-P1-P10)

• Define validation test through different development phases of the project based on general specifications,

• Mechanical test (vibration, shaker, tensile test), Climatic test (ageing test, thermal shock, fogging test, corrosion, sunburn), Characterization (IR meas. , optical/electrical, light source, resistance)

• Carry out tests (implementation, follow up, analyse and report redaction).

Develop methodologies and tools of the Validation job

• Contribute to the product validation by the correlation of virtual tests/ physical tests.

• Develop and implement new standards (specifications/methods/means) for the Validation job.

Develop in link with the Test & Validation system, the Test & Validation Laboratory tools

• Implement tools for the environmental Validation of the products,

• Apply procedures and good practices Environment, Security and Safety.
