United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks an Assistant to support the Head of Ventures and Licensing. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who has exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, client ready presence, and the ability to thrive in an ultra-fast environment. This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support, including managing phone, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

• Create client submission lists, handle client bookings, and manage all client correspondence.

• Assist in preparing client strategy, presentations, and other materials for meetings.

• Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments through a series of detailed grids

• Manage expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.

• Support in the coordination of logistics for client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities.

• Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client projects and initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments within UTA to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar administrative role or one with deep strategic and operational duties

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI workflows.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.

• A passion for the integration of entertainment, tech/venture, and consumer platforms.
